Rinse the octupus. Put into a large pan and cover with water.
Cook for about 45 minutes or until it's tender.
Drain in a colander and then rub the skin and suckers off the tentacles.

Cut into pieces and season with celery, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Serve them with lemon ...

Then toss them with flour ...
Fry for five / eight minutes
