Lasagna al forno
Today is Sunday and I have decided to make some lasagna ...
I already had some ragù ... from the day before ...
But I had to make the - "Besciamella".

To make the besciamella I used:

Some flour, about half a litre of milk, two glasses of water, some melting cheese and a cube of bouillon.

I usually put some flour into a big glass and slowly pour over some milk. ( a bit at the time)
I mix the flour and milk, very carefully, until I get a smooth cream ...
At this point, I put everything into a pan, and added some more milk and water ...

I cooked over a low heat, until it got sort of thick ...
When the sauce was ready I added some cheese ... Cooked for another 3/4 minutes, until the cheese was completely melted ...

First I put some ragù in the bottom, and then I lay the lasagna ...
After I spread some besciamella, and lay other lasagna ...
again ... some more ragù ...
I covered the last layer with besciamella and parmesan cheese ...

I put it in preheated oven (200 C) for about 25 minutes.

It was delicious ...
