I love water melon ...
To make a ragù ...

sometimes I use fresh tomatoes ...

Other times I prefer to use bottled tomatoes ... It depends of how much time I have, and the season of the year ...
I fry some onions in olive oil and add some salt ...

when the onions are brown ...

I add some ground meat ...

At that time, I had some fresh tomatoes so I threw them in ...
I cooked a little bit more ...
And then put everything in the pressure pan, plus the two bottles of tomato
I cooked for about 40 minutes, until it was sufficiently thick


When the ragù gets cold, I put it into cups ...
and inside the freezer ... ( One cup is einough for two people )

To peel the tomatoes you need to cover them with water, and bring it to boil. Just before the water starts boiling turn off the gas and wait until it cools ...
This way it's easy to peel. After you cut the tomatoes into pieces ...
Add some chopped onions, origano, a table spoon of olive oil, salt and pepper

Cook everything in a pressure pan, or regular pan, until it gets thick ...


This is the way it should get ...


When the tomato sauce gets cold, you can put it in the freezer.


If you want a tomato sauce with shrimps ...

You may add some shrimps to the tomato sauce, and cook for another 10 minutes ...

The Pasta is ready !!!
