Banana and raisin pudding ...

I cooked some bananas with milk, for ten minutes. Then ... blended everything with a hand blender, and added some corn starch and raisin. Continued to cook until it got nice and thick. Left it in the fridge for two hours. I did not add any sugar or artificial flavor.

It was delicious !!!

The other day a friend of mine came to visit me ... She's brazilian and we both like black beans.
I usually clean and wash the beans the night before.
Then I cover it with water and let it soak over night. The water should cover the beans by two thirds. The next day, I add some fresh garlic, an onion, salt and pepper and a bay leaf. I bring everything to boil and let it cook for about two hours. Black beans go well with rice, any kind of meat, and vegetables.

Vegetables ....

green peppers ...

lettuce ...
zucchini ...

This evening, for dinner, I made a cake with Italian sausage and peppers ... (torta salata con salsiccia e peperoni...)

The other day I made some Pasta alla Carbonara ...
You have to stir fry some pancetta for five minutes.

Pancetta is an italian bacon, cut into little squares ...

Then add some eggs ...

It looks and taste like scrambled eggs with bacon ...

In the mean time you cook some maccheroni. ( it doesn't matter what kind)
Mix everything together, but make sure it is not too dry. If you think it's a bit too dry, add some hot water from the pan you have just cooked the maccheroni. If you like, you can also add a tablespoon of butter ...
