During the Summer ... we eat a lot of salad ...

Usually I don't have much time ... or patience to make salad dressings ... so I pour over some salt, some olive oil and a drop or two of balsamic vinegar ...
Turkey breast ... very quick to make ...
Sometimes, when the meat it's done, I pour over some olive oil mixed with lemon juice ...
(fresh lemon juice)
